Charitable Housing

Equilibrium has had the pleasure of working with clients who have particular charitable housing aims in mind. We have experience with construction restoration if your goal is to bring life to an older building. We have assisted in the partnerships with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin for owners interested in providing affordable housing. We have also partnered with local charities like ECHO, Casa Marianella, and the Refugee Services of Texas to provide stable housing for immigrant and previously homeless clients.
